Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between LoveZoom (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of the mobile application service (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means the LoveZoom application and all related services provided by the Company.
- "User" means both members and non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Service provided by the Company.
- "Member" means a person who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company and has been assigned a member ID.
- "Couple Connection" means two members connecting with each other through an invitation code.
- "Question" means daily questions provided by the Company.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
3.1 Effect of Terms
These Terms become effective for all users who wish to use the Service.
3.2 Amendment of Terms
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of not violating relevant laws when necessary.
- When the Terms are amended, the Company will notify users of the changes at least 7 days before the effective date.
- If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may discontinue using the Service and withdraw your membership.
Article 4 (Provision of Service)
4.1 Services Provided
The Company provides the following services:
- Couple connection and management
- Daily question provision
- Writing and sharing answers to questions
- Answer history viewing
- Profile management
- Other services determined by the Company
4.2 Service Hours
- The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.
- However, the Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, server expansion, etc.
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
5.1 Registration Methods
Users can register as members through the following methods:
- Registration with email and password
- Social login through Google account
- Social login through Apple ID
5.2 Registration Restrictions
Membership registration may be restricted in the following cases:
- Children under 14 years of age (requires legal representative consent)
- Previously lost membership qualification
- Providing false information
- Using someone else's identity
Article 6 (Couple Connection)
6.1 Connection Method
- Members can generate an invitation code and send it to their partner.
- The couple connection is completed when the partner enters the invitation code.
6.2 Disconnection
- Members can disconnect the couple connection at any time.
- When disconnected, both partners are disconnected and shared data is retained.
⚠️ Important: Even if you disconnect from your partner, the answers and comments you wrote will not be deleted. To completely delete your data, you must delete your account.
Article 7 (Member Withdrawal and Disqualification)
7.1 Member Withdrawal
- Members can request account deletion through the app settings at any time.
- Upon account deletion, all personal information and service usage records are immediately deleted.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered.
7.2 Loss of Membership Qualification
The Company may restrict or suspend membership qualification in the following cases:
- Using someone else's information
- Intentionally disrupting service operations
- Posting content that violates public order and morals
- Violating other relevant laws or these Terms
Article 8 (Member Obligations)
Members must not engage in the following activities:
- Registering false information when signing up or making changes
- Using someone else's information
- Altering information posted by the Company
- Transmitting or posting information other than that designated by the Company (computer programs, etc.)
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company and other third parties
- Damaging the reputation or disrupting the business of the Company and other third parties
- Publicly posting or distributing obscene or violent messages, images, or audio
Article 9 (Company Obligations)
- The Company shall not engage in activities prohibited by relevant laws and these Terms or activities contrary to public morals, and shall strive to provide services continuously and stably.
- The Company shall establish a security system to protect users' personal information and publicly disclose and comply with the Privacy Policy.
- The Company must handle opinions or complaints raised by users regarding service use if they are deemed legitimate.
Article 10 (Copyright of Content)
10.1 Member Content
- Copyright of content created by members, such as answers and comments, belongs to the respective member.
- Members agree that the Company may use content created within the Service for service operation and improvement.
10.2 Company Content
- Copyright of questions, UI/UX design, etc., provided by the Company belongs to the Company.
- Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, or otherwise use content within the Service without the Company's prior consent.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempt from liability if it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of telecommunications carrier services.
- The Company is not liable for service usage disruptions caused by the member's fault.
- The Company is not liable for members not obtaining or losing expected profits from using the Service.
- The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between members or between members and third parties through the Service and is not liable for resulting damages.
Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)
- These Terms are governed by and enforced under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- If a dispute arises between the Company and members regarding service use, it shall be resolved amicably through mutual agreement in principle.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, a lawsuit may be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and members shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
